Born from decades of frontline experience, our journey began with one vision , to bridge the gap between overstretched statutory services and the real, human needs of families seeking meaningful support. Our founders, with over 22 years of combined experience in children’s and adults’ social work, witnessed how families often fall through the cracks of complex systems. Every Step Social Care was created to change that, to offer a trauma-informed, strength-based, and person-centred approach that places dignity, trust, and hope at the heart of every service we deliver.
